| ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR 1ST YEAR E.T.T.C. |
| |
| ELIGIBILITY: Students who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination Part-II of the J&K Board of School Education or Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or Equivalent Examination from any other board recognized by J&K Board. |
| |
| ADMISSION: Admission shall be made through J&K Board on the basis of merit/percentage of marks. |

| SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS |
- The admission forms along with brochure can be had from J&K Board of School Education Rehari.
- The candidates are advised to read the statues/eligibility conditions carefully to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility condition laid down for their admission to the course.

| CERTIFICATES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED: The application study filled in, should be accompanied by duly attested photo copies of the following certificate documents: |
- Matriculation Certificate
- Matriculation in Mark Certificate
- Marks Certificate and HS Part-II Certificate
- Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Character Certificate / good conduct certificate by the Principal
- Category Certificate
- Residential Certificate
- Recent Photographs

| IMPORTANT NOTE |
- The Diploma in ETT Course is a whole time course and has the duration of two academic years.
- A person he / she is a student of ETT Course shall not be eligible to attend any other course of instruction or appear in any other examination of the board / university.
- Any person is in Govt. Service / Business have seek permission no objection certificate / whole time authorized leave for this purpose.
- Self Employed have to produce the undertaking.
- The application has been submitted in the board shall not be changed.
- If the fault is detected at any time, the admission candidature will be cancelled. Board is not responsible for it.

| The course for the first year shall comprise of 4 parts viz. Part-I; Part-II; Part-III and Part-IV. |
| Part-I shall consist of 4 (Foundation) papers each of 50 marks (4 x 50 = 200 marks; in case of each paper 10 marks are reserved for internal assessment and 40 marks for external exam), Part-II of 05 Teaching Learning subjects of 50 marks each (5 x 20 = 250 marks, in case of each paper 10 marks are reserved for internal assessment and 40 for external exam), Part-III for Teaching Practice of 250 marks in 5 different subjects (5 x 50 = 250 marks, in case of each paper 25 marks are reserved for internal assessment and 25 for external exam) and Part-IV shall consist of 3 subjects each of 50 marks (in case of each subject 30 marks are reserved for internal assessment and 20 for external exam). |
| In case of Part-IV students are required to offer any one of the following subjects: |
- Art Education
- Health and Physical Education
- Work Education

- The Information Brochure-Cum-Application Form for admission to the IInd Year ETT Course can be obtained from the officer of S.P. College.
- The admission of the students to the said course shall commence from the date of admission Notification by the Board.
- Admission of all eligible candidates to the Diploma in ETT Course IInd Year shall be made by the Admission Committee of the institution under the Statues/Rules said down by the J&K State Board of School Education.
